The Youth Group has 3 YEAR-ROUND fundraisers that provide us with FREE MONEY. You don’t have to do or buy anything that you normally wouldn’t.

They are:

1. Pop Can Recycling—Just drop off your aluminum cans in the youth room.

2. GoodSearch/GoodShop—Exclusive offers and savings available NOW!

It’s worth your while to take a look!!!

3. SCRIP has 673 national retailers participating, 47 reloadable brands, and

NOW 17 companies that offer instant eCards! However, these are not just

"gift cards" but, rather, a cash alternative for your everyday purchases.

Mother's Day and graduations are quickly approaching, so why not shop with SCRIP?

Also….

The youth are starting a Coupon Club and there will be an informational meeting on May 15th after church. Anyone living on a budget, looking for a creative way to help reach your building fund commitment, or wanting to keep the church pantry stocked should consider attending. EVERYONE can contribute! Please bring your leftover coupons, newspaper inserts, magazine and store circulars, and place them in the coupon box weekly. We don't even want you to clip the coupons! Even expired coupons are appreciated as military families are allowed to use them for up to 6 months past the expiration date.

So, come and see me and let’s work together to raise money for our youth. And, remember, it’s FREE MONEY, nothing extra out of your pockets!

Thank you so much!

The Passion of the Christ” movie at Chapel Pike Wesleyan Church on April 20th. The film will be shown at 6:30 pm.

This movie has been rated “R”, because of the explicitly detailed violent act of the beating and crucifixion of Jesus. It is very graphic. We would encourage you to attend with your teen.

No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to watch the movie without a parent present or this signed permission slip.
