I want to invite you to our Sunday Night youth event here at the church. We’re currently studying a DVD series called Underground Reality Vietnam, and it’s about a group of students who have taken a trip to Vietnam to smuggle in Bibles. It’s a nine-week adventure that challenges teens to live a life of courageous faith. Jump in now! It’s not too late!

Comedy Sportz
is fast-paced improvisational comedy that's fun for everyone! ComedySportz is played like a sport, with two teams battling for laughs and points as they make up scenes and songs on the spot. The audience makes all the suggestions and votes for the winners, and the referee calls the fouls.
Please have your permission slips and money into Pastor Brian by November 4th. The shows sell out pretty fast and we want to order the tickets in time. The cost is $14 for adults and $12 for students. Moms and Dads if you would like to join us, we would be thrilled. Please let us know asap (or at least by Nov 4th) they have a snack shop if you wanna send extra cash for the kiddos to grab some grub. There is a menu and price list on their web site. See below for permission slip.

Mission Trip
Well, we are just one week away from our spring break mission trip. I can't believe we leave next week. I'm excited to go!
Pray with me for safety as we travel, for boldness as we meet new people and do new things, and for an awareness for what God has for us to do.
This is a picture of the church building, the church, the real church, are the people that attend there each week. Our goal is to encourage them, to serve them and to leave them knowing we love them.
A little behind the scenes info for ya. There attendance has been growing to around 50 each week. There are people in the church that have been attending since it opened its doors many years ago. There Pastor, Pastor Chris Kaste, is working full time outside the church and serves with a full time heart. He has many dreams and goals to see the church reach its community for Christ. We are going to do all we can to be a blessing to this congregation. It will be fun. Check back next week. If we have an internet connection we'll keep you updated.

Also the goodwill trip where Jess and Paige both fit into those HUGE pants (I'm pretty sure it was those two)
A brief message to the youth group.
Hey "The Net!" I hope you guys are doing well. I know there are many of you that I do not know and I hope you guys know what you have gotten yourself into by joining THE BEST YOUTH GROUP EVER in Marion, and to those I do know, good job at staying strong and staying in the youth group! Its a great place to get closer to God, to make lifelong friends, and to have so crazy stories (seriously, I had to eat a pigs foot)

My sister is 16 and just got her license and is a sophomore at North Miami High School and plays Volley Ball and manages the Wrestling team. My brother is 15 and is a freshman at North Miami High school, he is in wrestling and track and field.

Pray hard. Listen harder. Always pray for God's will in your life and relationships. Follow where he leads you. Draw close to him always, read and follow his Word. =]
